The idea behind "Noir" chocolates was to produce ethically sourced, small batches of chocolate. 


Instead of buying chocolate chips from the main manufacturers, "Noir" are made from roasting chocolate pods and going through the tempering process in small batches to make fresh chocolate with a distinct, raw and true flavor.  


I went with a hand drawn type, and included a symbol of a cocoa branch and pods, to enhance the "pod to bar" idea.
