The idea behind this poster was to have "voices" talking in the background about self doubt, as victims usually doubt whether they were assaulted.
The Bold red words tell the victims "We believe you". It's a recognition of the experience of the victims, and an empowering voice for them, validating their experience and discrediting their doubts.
